In response to the appeal made by Alaafia Ifedara CDA , Unity road Gbonagun Odo Eran area , Obantoko ward 7 concerning threats posed by the river that runs through the two communities; especially during the rainy season as it affects the inhabitants of the two CDAs.

The Chairman of Odeda local government, Hon. Folasade Adeyemo and her team carried out an On-Site assessment to ascertain the severity of the issues reported and to define the next line of action.
After her assessment, the Chairman promised to look into the issues and engage every necessary stakeholder to ensure that there is a solution to the problem in no distant time.
