As we gather momentum towards the campaign flag-off period for all the political candidates for the forthcoming general election, a very popular support group for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; BAT PROJECT’23, with political network across the thirty-six (36) states of the federation, today, Tuesday June 28th, 2022 unveiled the Iyaloja of Nigeria; Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo as their National Grand-Matron in an event witnessed by notable men and women across the globe.
According to the Deputy National Coordinator of BAT PROJECT’23, Chief Mrs. Olori Adeola, the title was conferred on Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo based on her motherly concern for all the lovers of good governance and most especially the followers of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Olori cited how Iyaloja general attended to the needs of BAT PROJECT’23 team members in Abuja during the recently concluded APC Presidential Primaries as heartwarming and the role she has always played to harness potentials as the reason she was considered the worthiest person to be announced as the National Mother of BAT PROJECT’23.
Olori didn’t fail to mention the sacrifices made by Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo and her team during the convention and she thanked everyone for standing by our principal during the keenly contested APC Presidential Primaries.
The Deputy National coordinator of BAT PROJECT’23; Olori Adeola also promised Iyaloja General of Nigeria that the team members across the country will not relent until our ultimate goal of electing Asiwaju Bola Ahmed is actualized.
The National Coordinator of BAT PROJECT’23 Hon. Hassan Ali Makinta showered encomium on Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo for her simplicity and for accepting to work with BAT PROJECT’23 across the globe in our journey towards the next general elections.
Makinta promised to deliver nothing less than Five-Million votes for Asiwaju across the country through a thorough thought-out plan and He promised to explore every available option to make the set target achievable.
The campaign team also presented an award of excellence to their Grand-Matron for her numerous life-changing programs as the Iyaloja General of Nigeria.
The Six geo-political zones in Nigeria were duly represented by their National and Zonal leaders, The South-South contingents was led by Hon. Mrs. Jennifer Nwisaanee, the South-East team was led by Hon. Eze Chidiebere Joseph, The North-Central region was led by Hon. Anya Isaiah, The North East contingents was led by the National Coordinator himself in the person of Hon. Hassan Ali Makinta, the North-West was led by Dr. Aminu Usman while the South-West contingents,(the host region) was organized by the collective efforts of The Deputy National Coordinator, Chief Mrs. Olori Adeola, Prince Emmanuel Ikusagba, Hon. Fred Lakanmi, Chief Mrs. Modupe Johnson, Hon. Bamidele Akinbile, and with the support of all our state coordinators and their executives; the event was very colorful and memorable.
After the conferment of the Grand-Matron Title on Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo by the leaders of BAT PROJECT’23, she gave her acceptance speech where she specially thanked all BAT PROJECT’23 team members and leaders for all the notable sacrifices they made for the support of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu most especially their undeniable sacrifice during the just concluded election at the Eagle Square in Abuja
She therefore addressed the team in Yoruba language “E lo fokan Bale” Which translates as (Calm Down) and she buttressed her remark by reassuring the team of her support and she said emphatically that nobody will work in vain, “I was with this team for over five (5) days in Abuja during the toughest period Asiwaju’s quest to secure the APC ticket, BAT PROJECT’23 stood by JAGABAN and I promise to also stand by them”, I strongly believe that we can overcome the next huddles if we can work together as a team, she added.
Finally, Iyaloja General thanked all the other support groups across the Nation for their efforts and she prayed that none of them will work in vain.
Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo (The Grand-Matron of BAT PROJECT’23) however seized the opportunity of the large gathering to appeal to all Nigerians who are yet to register for their PVC to kindly do so within this registration windows as she described Permanent Voters’ Card as the most powerful weapon of the electorates, If you don’t have a PVC, you can’t chose a leader you want, and you will always be at the mercy of whatever other people chose for you, she said.
